These are the best tasting beef sticks ever created! My picky-eater nephew thinks I am the best Aunt when I send him beef sticks. And I get to feel good about what I sent, knowing it is clean and nutritious. Now that is a win-win!
We have been buying these meat sticks for years through Thrive. The quality has been terrible in the last few months- I found an old stick in my gym bag and it was noticeably different and more tasty than what is in our current bag. The new sticks are gray, soft and mushy and seem not be cooked all the way. I’ve even been sent new bags and it’s the same thing. My kids refuse to eat them anymore and I can see why.
The first time I ordered these they did not look good and did not taste good so I left a bad review. The company emailed me and explained that I had probably gotten a bag that sat in a hot warehouse somewhere for too long. They sent me a brand new bag along with a sampler bag of full sized meat sticks. I couldn't believe the difference just by looking at them! I'm so glad they contacted me. These are delicious and more affordable than some of the other brands I've tried recently.
I just bought these for the first time along with several other brands because I'm trying to find some that my family loves. All I have to say is that I hope something is wrong with this bag because if this is what they are supposed to look and taste like, I don't understand all the great reviews! They look sort of greenish and taste awful. I immediately spit it out of my mouth. The texture is so soft, not like a meat stick at all. It felt mushy, more like raw ground beef in my mouth.

You sent us two replacement bags which was so generous and kind and I really want to love the product because the price is so great and my kids do love the flavor of the meat sticks, but the color weirded them out if it’s not pink or like a reddish color a lot of the sticks were a light brown/gray color and I think it just makes us all a little weirded out. I don’t know if maybe we could just be reassured that it’s OK. And maybe it’s just cause we’re American and we’re so used to dye food which sucks but I just can’t get my kids to eat it. They just think it tastes weird but maybe it’s just the color.

My kids LOVE these meat sticks, and I love knowing that they are eating something with great ingredients. They also seem to be easier to chew than other meat sticks- like not as dry, so I feel more comfortable with my toddler eating them when we have snacks together.
We have been ordering these beef sticks for well over a year now. It's the only type of beef stick one of my sons will eat. Our last purchase was very smoky, including the taste. We love the 144 pack of kids mini beef sticks subscriptions for many of reasons but here are a few.
1. My daughter has type 1 diabetes and needed a clean protein that wouldn't spike her blood sugar before bed or anytime she was running high.
2. We did try other beef sticks but all of them had a pepper flavor and were too hot for my children.
3. Super convenient to order, pack in different spots of the house and cars for easy access.
4. Easy to open wrapper, you don't think this is a big deal until you are driving and the kids can easily serve themselves when they need a snack.
